Challenge
Paper tickets + spreadsheets caused high error rates and slow reconciliation. Before rolling out automated sortation and multi-warehouse ops, they needed a lightweight PDA app optimized for scanning, counting, and staging.
Solution
Delivered a six-module PDA app: (1) receiving (PO receive / inspect / item scan), (2) put-away (PO put-away / staging / count), (3) packing (box spec / count / select / packed view / settings), (4) bulk picking (select / count), (5) stock query / adjust / take, (6) warehouse transfer.
